1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We primarily use shiprocket for deliveries within India
Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, and the recipient's location can affect the actual delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₹60 for all orders within south of India.
Weight-Based Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹2500.
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
6. Damaged Items During Shipping
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Inspect Upon Arrival: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice significant damage, you may refuse the delivery.
Contact Us Immediately: If you accept a damaged package, please contact us within [Specify number, e.g., 24-48] hours of receiving the order. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
Assessment: We will review the information and photographs you provide and determine the appropriate course of action.
7. Returns Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for any orders unless the product(s) received are damaged during shipping.
For damaged items, as outlined in Section 6, we will assess the damage and may offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s) at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Dislike of the product
